The one thing you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can. - Neil Gaiman

Our Services

At The Art of Healing, we offer a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space for children, teens, adults, couples, parents, and families to receive therapy that is tailored to their unique needs.

Our experienced, licensed mental health providers draw from traditional, evidence-based therapeutic approaches as well as holistic, creative, and experiential modalities. Depending on your needs and the clinician you work with, therapy may include relational therapy, art therapy, play therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, somatic-informed care, parent-child support, couples therapy, family therapy, and traditional talk therapy.

We believe therapy works best when it honors the whole person, including your story, relationships, identities, nervous system, strengths, and lived experience. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to support insight, emotional regulation, resilience, self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change.

We offer in-person therapy in Edina, Minnesota, as well as secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and California. Sessions are typically 53 minutes, with extended sessions available depending on clinical need and therapist availability.

When helpful and appropriate, our therapists may also coordinate care with other providers to support continuity of care.
